What leasing options are available?

Our lease terms range from 6-14 months.

Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?

​Yes, you may select a specific apartment. Contact us today for more information about holding an available apartment home.

Is there an application fee?

​$50 application fee + $250 administrative fee (for each applicant)

When is rent due and how can I pay? Are there late fees? Is there a grace period?

Rent is due on the 1st of the month and can be paid through our online resident portal, check, or certified funds. Late fees will be applied on the 4th of the month.

Are utilities included?

Utilities are not included.

Is renter's insurance required?

A $15 facilities fee is added to your rent each month, which covers the apartment home. You may choose to acquire renter’s insurance to cover your personal belongings, but this is not required.

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

​Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

What happens if I need to move out before my lease expires?

A fee will be charged to residents who choose to break lease.

Do you offer credit reporting?

Yes, we offer credit reporting on rental payments, which can assist in building and maintaining good credit. 

All residents will be enrolled in a 90-day free RentPlus trial. After 90 days of service, residents will be charged $8.95/month for an apartment with a single lease holder or $14.95/month for an apartment with multiple lease holders to continue the credit reporting service. Residents may opt out of RentPlus at any time and information regarding this procedure can be found in your lease agreement. 

Are apartments cable ready? If so who is the provider? Is there a separate charge?

Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?

We are happy to offer Luxer One 24-hour package lockers that will hold your deliveries until you are available to pick them up.

We welcome most dogs and cats. Some breed restrictions apply.

​Uncovered parking is available for all residents on a first-come first-served basis. Garage parking is available to rent, contact the leasing office for pricing.

What do I do if someone parks in my parking spot? What is the policy for guest parking?

​Uncovered parking is available for all residents on a first-come first-served basis. One vehicle per leaseholder. Limited guest parking is available.
